Where I live lots of stuff like fencing is gone. Lots of people are buying animals for food.

Yeah, here people are screaming about their civil liberties because the governor shut down the bars, water attractions and gyms for 30 days. The rest of us don't matter I suppose. Covid is hitting the state hard right now. I'm not so sure I want the kids going back to school.

My kids are staying home and doing online when school starts in the fall.

Well some people are more important than others I guess. Some gym owner is refusing to shut down and is going to sue the state. I hope he gets his @$$ handed to him. Karma ya know?

I've considered home schooling but I'm trying to find another job and I work @ home. The little dude is not very good at keeping quiet, he's ADHD. He's been to the ER a few times because he's doing flips and stunts playing Spiderman and hurt himself. Sweetest little guy ever though, funny with an infectious grin and talks up the pretty ladies at the grocery store

Sounds like my youngest. He has ADHD too and he climbed a tree so high he got stuck Neighbors a firefighter so he went and got him.

I don’t get why people are trying to stop lockdowns. If they do it, they can open again... if not they won’t have any customers because they’ll pass away from COVID

We had about 13k cases 45 days ago. Now, 74k. People are stupid.

I’m not sure where VA is right now. I get dirty looks for wearing my mask. Lots of people here are walking in stores and gathering like nothing has happened. My Dr has made it clear that this virus is not going away any time soon.

I was trying to look for a nicer mask instead of my dressing change kit ones that are sterile. I haven’t had any luck yet.

Don’t get me started on people staying safe. If you know about Duckling, you know I cannot keep her away from here until Covid is cured, but she’s not being kept safe from Covid when she’s not here.

We're under orders from county officials to wear masks in public. Can go to the dog park and social distance, but stores? It's impossible. I expect the stuff to hit the fan again in fall. We'll see.

And here they are planning county fair as usual (our county fair is considered "the state fair of western nebraska because it is a very large fair for the area - carnival, farm expo, big name concerts....little 4-H show and small building of projects), and school to resume like normal. They just opened up the park and swimming pool on the 16th - everything was pretty well closed up until then.
