External pip on my Icelandic egg and an internal/external combo for the silkie egg this morning. :) I’ve got staggered hatch dates alllll over. Oops. Lol.
The eggs in the other bator are due Monday, and then the duckies next Friday. Then... the next batch of quail goes in. xD Bahaha.
Anyone else find that the eggs seem to do better when hand turned than in the turner thing in the good ol Janoel 12? The best I’ve had with the duck eggs with the auto turner has been about 30%, shipped eggs. But so far I haven’t had any quitters which is bizarre. 🤷🏼‍♀️ The chicken eggs that are in that same incubator and turned by hand also seem to be holding on better. 🤔

I’m making breakfast sandwiches today for dinner with duck eggs. I bought a dozen at the farmers market for $4... I’m just going to have a peanut butter and jelly sandwich 😂
That sounds amazing!!! I had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich yesterday for lunch and the night before for a midnight snack (okay more like 2-3am) cause I got hungry 😂🤣🙈

I might make eggs today though. We have two dozen haha

I ate saltines with Justins vanilla almond butter at 2 am the other day when it was storming. I couldn’t sleep

Lockdown! Shelf liner down and water added. For the first time this hatch I marked aircells. So I could position the eggs for the best chance of monitoring pips (largest part of the aircell up). I'm pretty sure I heard the tiniest of peeps when I had them out! :love:jumpy Also some slight shadowing in a couple. Saturday or Monday is day 21 depending on which batch they're from. I already love these little guys so much.
