Jumping and slow loading

Been having a lot of issues with trying to post in which the site jumps up and out of the dialogue box. Also slow loading and the "oops we ran into some problems" message when checking alerts

I've been doing tests and I'm not seeing any issues.

If you're still having problems, try:

1. Leaving BYC, clear your cache, come back
2. Test on a different browser / device to see if it's specific to that environment
3. Make sure you don't have any conflicts with ad-blockers, etc. that might be causing issues.
4. Report back here with what worked / didn't work, as well as which browser / version you are using (this is a great tool: https://www.whatismybrowser.com/ )

Its possible people are posting as you are typing. When I am typing and someone posts, my screen will jump. Otherwise it stays put.

If I close the browser it tends to fix it. Don't have this prob on my PC but I frequently use mobile

I get the oops at least once a day. I just refresh the page and it works fine. I've always assumed it's because of my poor connection on my phone.

I am pretty sure if has something to do with internet speed which will vary while using a mobile device.

Ah yes, that's a good point!

A slow connection can definitely cause jumpiness while the page is loading.

For example, we prioritize loading content first, and then load the ads (to improve user experience). On a "regular-speed" connection, it's not very noticeable, but on a slow connection, it can feel "jumpy" when the ads come in after the content.
