Seramas! I'm so excited. All 14 looked good so I hope they'll all hatch. I'm worried about #1 though. All the ither air cells look good but #1's air cell it still about as big as it was at day 14.

I've just cleaned the incubator out and put some more eggs in. Decided to take the auto-turner out and manualy turn so I could fit 10 eggs in rather than 7! Is 3 times a day enough to turn them?

Three times a day is okay, but more is better. Still keeping the number of times you turn them odd.

For Hatcher’s using an incubator,do any of you ever look at your new hatches and think “I grew those chickens in a mechanical chicken butt and that’s weird.”? It could be just me. It blows my mind.

Guys!!! I sat down to do the last candling and I hear a squeak. At first I'm like weird, then I hear it again and a light tapping noise.

#18 pipped externally!!!!

I candled the eggs I was concerned about again last night. I guess one was just growing a little slower.

The other still doesn't look right. But, it doesn't smell or anything. So, I will just check it again tonight.

My two broodies got off their nests to eat today. They had only been off their nests for a moment of two. So all is well.
