I am here! I will be hatching some Silkies for sure. I am trying to get some Wheaten Marans eggs (the person that bought my Silver Appenzellers were looking for Marans) and possibly some Swedish Flower Hens.
I have silkies, but I do not know their sex. One is older and the rest are still young. I want to breed them with my bantam brahma and golden laced polish.

Swedish Flower Hens are so pretty and I would love to add those some day.

I have Black Copper and Blue Marans hatching in the May Hatch-a-Long so hopefully I get a decent amount of pullets because I have a friend that wants to add 2 to his flock. The rest I will sell after I choose mine. I am most likely keeping 2 as well.

Maybe I will find some more interesting egg sellers in my area once their chickens start laying more. I think someone had Ayem Cemani eggs that is local so maybe I will check them out for this Hatch-a-Long. I know I could sell the chicks pretty fast.

I'm really wanting to find some large fowl cochin to hatch on Father's day. They are my hubby's favorite. Guess I'll have to check ebay! Not really crazy about getting eggs shipped but I'll give it a try. If anyone knows anyone with LF cochin let me know.:fl
I have Cochins and I absolutely love them. I just hatched Deathlayer Cochin Crosses. They are probably the most mellow of all my chickens.

I’ll have silver sebright and a variety pack of silkie eggs for the first weekend in June. :p because clearly “I’m going to hatch one clutch of duck eggs this year” actually translates to “where else can I get eggs from? Any eggs. Give them to me.” 🤣
HAHAHA that sounds just like me. I'm getting those 40 quail and 24 chicken eggs this weekend. I am already going to ask if they can have more for me in June.

I’m debating on quail eggs for the next bunch but I don’t know that I want to keep them... lol. Maybe hatch em and sell em. 🤔 They’re hard to find around here so any eggs I would get would be shipped.
Are you getting coturnix or something else? I’ve always wanted button quail... lol.

I am getting different colors of coturnix quail. I ordered from myshire. The local ones are a bunch of different colors.

This one is a 3 week old Snowy Coturnix Quail
