I do not get the wet bulb and stuff like that so I am not even sure what to suggest. Hopefully someone knows what to do.Hmm, this is a new one to me too.

How old is it? It doesn't look like a cockerel to me because it doesn't seem red in the face or comb. She'd probably just talk the whole time and make weird faces into the camera.
Here's the little oddball with no tail and green legs...

That comb looks very red to me for only 5 weeks old!!! Usually the girls don’t start to redden until they get close to laying.5 weeks, I think. I'd rather it not be a cockerel! There is one black in this batch that is already growing little red wattles that screams cockerel to me. Hard to say for certain about anything with the mixed breeding though... I've got a couple hens with black combs.
It also appears to have super thick legs like a rooster and also the boys usually take forever to develop tails although not always.
Looks tailless like AraucanaI don't disagree. I would guess at least 3 of the 8 will be cockerels including this one, based on combs. As far as the tail goes, there is actually no tail nub back there compared to what the others have. Just some little poofy side butt feathers:
