June Hatch a Long

I just got the last of my hatching eggs I ordered in today. I purchased them from three different people for three different breeds. I am so excited I have 12 silkies, 10 BCM (one broke during shipping), and 12 Ameraucanas. I'm letting them settle for a day and will put them in my incubator tomorrow. I have been trying to get the right temp for a few days now and finally got it to a stable temp and humidity level.

See, now I am gonna have to look up Seramas! Cant think at all what they look like.

Can you post some pics of your pairs?
I don't have pics of my girls since they are so reluctant to stand up like they should... BUT I have some pics or babies I've hatched from my eggs, and a couple of my VERY young cockerels (the oldest is just 11 months) these guys are no way as amazing looking as they will be at maturity, but they are pretty nice boys :D

Aschenfire,

oh wow oh wow! Those are so very wonderful! What fun! But I go to tell you, the pic with the just feathered in youngsters (the two looking at each other) was the best (but maybe the babies were the cutest)

Do they all stand like that??? I guess I have never seen them either!

They do stand very vertical, yep! That is something the standard calls for...super vertical carriage, wings held straight down like that, full, high chests, vertical tail and short back (when they are posed, the back of the head touches the sickles on their tail!!) Love them... they are such adorable little birds.

Man I bet those things are hard to hatch!

Oohhhh yeah... I only have a Hovabator still air model incubator and I get between 50% and 75% hatch rates usually, which I suppose is pretty good for Seramas. They are notoriously hard to hatch, but so darn cute when they are tiny (and grown) that I'm afraid I'm addicted. :D
