June Hatch a Long

I just have to post! I have eggs that'll be going into lockdown this week,,,,time seems to be going SO slow with these eggs!! Maybe because I want them SO much! Sizzles!! Cute little muppet chickens! Hope at least a few hatch!!!

Hahahaha! I told myself I was going to completely ignore my eggs this time, just check them on the normal days, then on day 15 I could join a group and start posting. Well, I did THAT part but now I'm going completely insane waiting!!! I'm trying to hatch my first chicks from my own home and each day is DRAGGING by!

Ah yes, I see. Sorry 'bout that!

Its ok tons of people think those are for air flow, which it does increase the flow, but I never have mine in. I only use them when I have to get my humidity higher, then I close one or both or fli the plug upside down and cover half the hole. Its amazing how much it will help to get your humidity right where you want it.

Just put my 7 Cream Legbar eggs in lockdown. 7/7 made it in! Local eggs! (6/21 shipped made it last time, and only3 hatched, all Roos!). Hoping for some hens this time . 2 more eggs from the same batch are under my broody. Fingers crossed. Monday can't get here fast enough!
