JUNE - JULY HATCH-ALONG!!!!!!!

Pics
The second chick is here!

There is another egg that pipped around 3am. That’s the egg I’m concerned about since opening the incubator. On the camera it looks like it might be zipping, so I’ll go up to check on it.

If anyone is bored and wants to watch them stumbling around lol.. I have a camera broadcasting live from inside the incubator this time. https://www.ustream.tv/channel/ZsS7aAhynNg

Thanks for sharing your hatch video! So fun to watch them kick out of their shell!! I tried the streaming video and it wouldn’t load for me...

Never mind, it’s working!! Nice incubator for video!

With the live bird currently in the lockdown incubator I have four eggs. One dated 6/11/19 is externally zipping as we speak. One dated 6/12/19 is internally pipped. The other two dated 6/7/19 I think are quitters as they should of hatched somewhere around 7/5/19.:(. I really don't know when to pull those out.

In the regular incubator I have two more that are still kicking inside. They are dated 6/13/19 and 6/17/19.
Hatchers can grow unpleasant bacteria and fungi from all of that hatch debris plus high temps and humidity. You might want to think about if you can have it free long enough to clean before your next round of hatching eggs?

I want to, but I don't know if I can yet. The zipped egg is 2/3 all the way around.

All 3 early birds are out and about. Of the rest there's 17 ext pip and another 10-ish internal. Still waiting for 2 slow ones to internally pip. If all of these hatch successfully, I'm gonna have a LOT of ducklings!
