June to July hatch-a-long!!!

Today is hatch day and I've got 3 Swedish Flowers out so far. A fourth zipped and then died Another is zipping now.

I ended up with four Swedish Flowers, which comes to $10.75 a chick. Not bad since Greenfire sells them at $29 each. More would have been nice. One of my DIS hit a blood vessel while pipping and bled out, another was malpositioned, another just never made it out after zipping. If I hadn't been distracted by guests I think I could have saved two of them.

I finally realized I had my turner in wrong and that's why it didn't seem to be working right. Hopefully my next hatch will go better.

Thank you! Went down to find another one hatched out over night and one this morning. 66.6% hatch rate but its 400% better than last time!

Hope everyones chicks are doing great! Its amazing how theyve grown in 25 days! They are damn quick and there was one who just didnt want photographing. There is one with the very red comb so im assuming it's a boy.
