Just applyed for my first job!

chickenboy8, we are all concerned about biosecurity, coop cleanliness for our babies, looking closely for any signs that may spread germs, viruses, etc., etc. please consider the service you will provide to the animals who can't provide for themselves the proper cage environment. you may be the one person who impacts them day to day more than others. look for the love in their eyes as they thank you for doing your best to make them comfortable. good luck and remember, you will ALWAYS be watched-- by the One above. rich

Good luck! When I was a teenager, my first job was cleaning a dog boarding kennel. After that, I worked for years at a vet's office cleaning cages and doing reception type stuff.

Now I am a computer programmer (go figure). and I really miss working with the critters even if it meant cleaning out the dog with parvo's cage. You get a lot of love from injured animals (and a lot of bite wounds if you aren't careful, but hey, chicks dig scars, right?

But it is a good time.

Let us know how it goes.
