their baby was born labor day and was solid yellow...and is now white....at what age will they start to show what color they will be?

It looks like both parents are black shoulder, so your baby will also be black shoulder.
All BS hens look like the mom, and all BS cocks look like the poppa.

I believe it will be a few months before you can tell if your baby is a male or a female.
