Just Finished Treating My Rooster for Gapeworm but still have concerns

Collect a couple of random samples of Woolly's poop and take it to your vet for a fecal float.
 
I suggest taking to a vet and ask for a script for both Baytril and prednisolone. As mentioned previously, my bantam had similar symptoms and the prednisolone was a game changer.
