Just found my new favorite use for duck eggs! (recipe added)

Rusty,

I don't know, I think it's because they're thicker and a little richer than chicken eggs. All I know for sure is that it makes things sooo yummy!

I am getting two a day from my three girls but I can't bring myself to eat them. I want to hatch them all. I am thinking of making duck jerkey out of the extra ducks.

Has anyone ever made it and is it good?

I make alot of cheesecakes with my duck eggs. People go nuts for them! Cheesecake is good but when you tell people it was made from duck eggs, it makes it even more special!

Mmmm both those recipies sound really good. I'm going to have to try them out soon. Thanks for shareing, I'm always looking for something to use my eggs in.
