Just got NEW MEYER Hatchery cataloge. They have NEW Marans!!!!

So I got mine called Meyers ASAP and requested Black Copper Marans They are all spoken for til end of June??

You can order from http://www.bishopschickens.com/apps/webstore/ black copper marans chicks or blues for $5 each. They also have white marans and BLRW chicks for sale. I just cancelled an order I had for a May hatch-date, so I'm sure they'd have availability. I only cancelled because I already have too many chicks and hatching eggs this year

Nice video of the Meyer Hatchery operation. I just got my birds a week ago and while we think one Rooster got into the mix they're all doing very well. 2 - Buff Orpingtons, 2 - Barred Rocks and 2 - RIR's...one male.

I ordered 3- this is what I got:

Oh! They are so adorable!!! My order from Meyer's is due in 2 weeks and I am so excited.

They will be our first chickens.

I only ordered ONE lone black copper maran. I hope it doesn't turn out to be a rooster! Also coming, - a couple Welsummers, Ameraucanas, Barred Rocks, White Leghorns, Buff Chanteclers, speckled sussex, one light brahma, one light columbian wyandotte, and some dark cornish. I really had trouble making up my mind. Hopefully, the chickens will arrive safely.

I am getting some black copper marans and cornish X rocks this year from Meyers..Thanks for showing me those pics. and saying good things about them. I had in the past ordered from Mc Murray.
