That's fine deerman all info being shared is info gained. But, I have to disagree with all cattle not being beef, almost all cattle wind up as beef at some point. Holstein cows that are past their prime for mile make some mighty fine hamburger. The only exception might be corrienttes that never get any meat on them and cattle that are unsafe to consume. I've seen Mini highlands get loaded on a grinder truck, when most old cows are sold they get ground up and resold to companies like cambells or hormel to go into soup, bologna, hotdogs, ect.
