I don't know and can't guess what would happen to those birds. Maybe she'd take them with her when she moves. It is an active Farm Store, the only one in a 125 mile radius... that could have worked in her favor, finding them a new home.

I am very glad to have resisted temptation - it would be a struggle right now, even if they appeared to be completely healthy... We do not butcher but lots of other folks do... they may well have gone to freezer camp even though that is not what she wanted to happen.
