poultryfan73 - What day are they on? The first time I had 3 eggs due to hatch and none hatched, the 2nd time two hatched, and the third time 2 more hatch, and I have 3 more eggs due Thursday! I'm really wanting another color, besides IB.

But I'm trying not to complain!

My egg will hopefully hatch in two days....I really hope it does...I have no idea what kind it is because I don't know which of my peahens laid it.

Okay I just candled, of the first 4 all are developing of the second 6 eggs 5 appear to but it is still to early to tell

Yeah thats what i thought so too.

I have a very bright flashlight, and I know what to look for as I have been candling chicken, guinea, and goose eggs for a few years. The embryos are very small, and I can see dime size blood veins. It was very neat to see them!

This is day 5 you posted this morning so they have been set 4 full day no way to see anything at this time It hard to tell at 7 days
