If they were going to have white earlobes, they'd be white already. Those are definitely red.

I really don't know but like to guess... they sure look a lot like my Welsummer pullet.

Old English Games would have white legs not slate legs. Body type doesn't look right for a Welsummer & they have yellow legs.
Given the leg colour & length of body & tail I'd say they are Phoenix.
Forgot to add-if they're Phoenix they won't lay brown eggs

Ok, just for reference, I took a snap of one of my Golden Phoenix. You be the judge. This bird is a 4 months and 11 days old. You can just barely see the white earlobe.
