Kahki Campbell raising her ducklings. What do I watch for?

Hello! My girl hatched three beautiful babies. The father is in a space next to the little family, separated by an old window but no touching.

She is a first time momma and this is my first time raising with a broody.

Is there anything I need to worry about?

Do you have water dishes low enough for the babies to drink from and clean their nares but not deep enough for them to swim in? Ducklings can easily get waterlogged and drown when they're tiny.

Do you have water dishes low enough for the babies to drink from and clean their nares but not deep enough for them to swim in? Ducklings can easily get waterlogged and drown when they're tiny.

That was the first bowl (just big enough for noses), but they managed to get inside momma 's bowl. Luckily I had left the water level low, and they did not drown!

After their figured out how to spill water to play in it on the floor I compromised with them and gave them the above bowl (new video in original post)
