Have made these quite a few times now and really like them. Right now I have some cooking with Parmesan cheese and Italian Herbs mix on top too! Put a bit of Italian Herb mix in the dough too, can't wait to try them, but laughed when I got here and found WW had thought the same thing, jazz them up for lunch!
I'm going to try adding Tex Mex cheese mix right to the dough for tomorrows buns. I gather hubby likes them, he is off to a shooting match and wants to take 2 dozen for the evening pot luck meals he and his buddy's do while camping.
Halo thanks for letting me know about the freezing, mine have never made it there so far, but now that I know I'll make ahead.
Edit to add picture of this batch. I don't think Parmesan was the right cheese to use, I'll try something else next time, want more zip than that myself.
