@AMERAUCANAS4REAL Cabinets are quite expensive. For reliability and warranty I went with Brinsea's Ova-Easy 380 with the humidity pump. Felt like it gave me the most bang for the buck. Their instructions were horrible but the bator is awesome. Tubing on the pump will often need changed twice a year, but it's easy to do and short. When the pump motor burned out, I had a new one the next day. They are great on the phone but not so much with email. All questions answered via email with "Call us."

Yeah, it costs thousands. Will have to dream about it, I guess. I feel like cheap digital incubators, at least, will be in the future because of technological advances. Hopefully.

I made white-chocolate raspberry cheesecake. It still doesn't look great because the springform pan is yet to be removed, but it didn't crack or overcook, which makes me proud. I was scared that might happen, and extra cautious. Still cooling. Next step: fridge.
