Awesome, thank you!That is correct.
Vegetarian is self explanatory. It's the people who make exceptions that cause problems such as pescatarians and ovo-lacto vegetarians (who want distinction even though that's the normal vegetarian). My older daughter is what I refer to as an emotional vegetarian. Some vegetarians eat that way because they think it is healthier. She won't eat anything that required an animal to die to provide it no matter how small a percentage it may be. So no animal rennet, no gelatin. Makes shopping a bit difficult, especially combined with her gluten and nightshade intolerance.
I suspect "vegetarian" has a wide range. But yes, a vegan won't eat anything related to animals in any way. No flesh, no milk, no eggs, etc.
Do you do any gardening? I could send you some Moringa seeds. In short, it's a tree that has one of if not the highest protein content of any plant matter. It's indigenous to India and in some part over there it consists up to 80% of peoples diets.By far the worst encounters regarding my diet are the people who, somehow, believe that fish and poultry are not meat.
A close second are the people who can't figure out how I'm still alive if I don't eat meat.
I had to go look that up. I've yet to hear of it. So besides tomatoes and eggplant, what can she not eat due to it?nightshade intolerance.

I do Garden. I live in Southeastern Wisconsin, though so not sure how well it would hold up to our climate.Do you do any gardening? I could send you some Moringa seeds. If you would like to do some research on your own, the variety I have is Moringa Ofelia, AKA Dwarf Moringa.
Peppers, potatoes. Which is too bad because as a somewhat picky vegetarian, she happens to like both of those and tomatoes, doesn't mind missing out on eggplant.I had to go look that up. I've yet to hear of it. So besides tomatoes and eggplant, what can she not eat due to it?
