Well, my hens were secretly laying eggs in an old henhouse and I was surprised to see them taking turns going in there throughout the day. They've laid a LOT of eggs. Good grief!

They've probably decided this is a good, safe place to lay.

I mean, that doesn't necessarily make them "bad parents"
They just found a good place to lay, and didn't go broody

I'm lucky my girls lay in one place lol
