How old is Gator now? It's sad to watch them get old. Seems the bigger they are the faster they age.
He's only 6 1/2

But yeah, I didn't realize that. I think no more big dogs. Or at least no more BYB lol

Our hound dog had a swagger walk like Gator has. It was just his built. Our hound had his hips higher than his head so he walked with a butt waggle.
Our hound only lived to age 9. So at almost 7 Gator may be an old man.![]()
I wouldn't do anything drastic. Try some good yogurt or kefir with the good probiotics in them. I got lots of those symptoms too.I think someone on here (BYC) had mentioned the possibility of Candida a while ago and I just got a newsletter email and guess what was one of the articles? Lol

It has scared me again and I am thinking of trying the cleanse and diet that they mention.
But of course the notion of giving up sweets forever is daunting
Thinking of trying these too, it mentioned them

Oh and eating higher carb foods will leave you sleepy and exhausted feeling afterwards as your blood sugars go up and down. It's not the turkey at thanksgiving that makes people fall asleep, it's all the carbs they eat.Thanks. I'll try doing that. That would probably help. And true I suppose lol
