Investigating Keep getting a pop up

I have been gettin this for days. Yesterday and today it is HORRIBLE! I am using safari on an ipad. And yes i have cleared cache several times and two different ways. Took me forever to be able put this up just now.

I just logged onto the site through Safari and immediately started getting the pop ups, so I tried coming on through the app and so far, so good. Hope you get to the bottom of the problem!

Not sure it's related, but where I try to post any pic, a pop up on the bottom of my screen says
"Unable to preform this action low memory"
Assuming my phone was the problem I checked the memory space. But it's not. Anyone else seeing this?
