Keeping and Breeding pigeons?

When i was a kid i would go too a overpass and there wher always one or two fledgling that fell outta the nest i had a chikencoop next to that was a rabbit's run with shelter perfect to keep these feral pigeon in, but still needed to be fed so being a boy of 8 I took a small stick opened a can of wet dog food and they went insane for it! Filled THER crops and 4 weeks later my brother cut them lose they stayed a day or two but that's was it I gotta bit by the bird bug as I grew older I had a lot of parrots hyacinth McCall yellow nap Amazon then I had a baby sun conure i was hand feeding I ended up getting psitacosis witch is parrot fever I almost died from it 3weeks in hospital the cdc came too my house took my birds and youthinzed them and they also did the same too my supplier and did the same to all his birds and he had birds in the tens of thousands of cash they confiscated all his birds and did the same that was 30+yrs. Ago and im finally gonna try again....

We have owned a couple of pigeons over the years, but only as pets and have never bred them. I want to build a kit box to breed a couple pairs but need to know what they require in order to breed. Also what are some of the easiest types to breed? Thanks to anyone who can help:)
I have a matting pair of Tippler pigeons and with in a few weeks they laid two eggs witch have hatched and are thriving there really easy laid back birds and I've had lot's of birds I even caught Psidacosess parrot fever and it almost killed me! So i took a break from birds when you get parrot fever they destroy all the birds you have and the parrot farm i perchased the birds from he lost tens of thousands of dollars the CDC had ther work cutout for them that week. so i still love birds and12yrs later i baught some Tipplers just bilt a coop with 5 milk crate nest boxes wich work very well i just stagerd them and a second pair are laying as we speak its fun im retierd with nothing going on so i got some pigeons.there fun so enjoy them I know I am!

Interesting idea on the fledglings that fall out of the nests.

That reminds me one time I was at a park on a windy day. Every now and then we would hear a thud nearby. It was a bunch of the black birds (maybe starlings or ravens) falling out of the nests. It was a kind of bird that seemed to nest together in a colony because when we looked up, there were many nests and on the ground were many babies that had fallen due to the windy conditions.
