Keeping bantams for eggs?

Our eggs are mostly the size of supermarket small eggs, maybe a few mediums.

I have blrw bantams and use the eggs just the same as the standards. I just double whatever I'm using them for. Their eggs taste the same! Eggs are eggs!!! Infact if it wasn't for my 4 little bantam girls I would not have any eggs at all right at the moment. I use two for baking when it calls for 1 large egg and just scramble twice as many when using them for breakfast.
