keeping the other animals OUT of the chicken food!

My plan for today is to make a creep feeder that will exclude the sheep, horses, dogs etc. OUT of the chicken feeders. Has anyone already made one? Thanks

I don't know if it would work for sheep or horses (I don't have either) but I mix cayenne pepper powder in with the chicken feed and it keeps the dogs from eating it. Birds aren't affected by capsaicin, so they don't mind. I buy the big containers of cayenne at Sams. Cheap and easy fix for me.

My oldest chickens are 12 weeks old, so I don't know yet. I guess I will find out. lol
