Actually... i think hair samples would be better... they can test back MONTHS on a tiny piece of hair...(i believe).. then they could find a drug use pattern.
Had a mother of one of my foster kids shave her head cause they were drug testing her... using her hair.

When you are on a drug program lets say methadone program you have to turn in all you prescription drugs to be recorded so they know what you are taking. I was not at the neighbors I feed my animals but I seriously could got a meth lab next door. Every single person in my family is addicted to some drug or alcohol and my husbands family too he is lucky his mom and dad don't do any though. I think it ruins lives and familys as well.

I would say marijuana, uppers, and downers.

One of my buddies in the military got a false positive. Good thing he was in good mental and physical health because it was a pain in the butt to fight it. I'd hate to see someone who was on aid for any medical or mental health problem and test positive have to fight it. I suspect there'd be a lot more homeless people if this goes through.

Yeah that would be good you would get a base to and see the levels go up and down etc.

Let quit putting people in jail , because we know some innoccent have been locked up.

Point is we need to put a stop to welfare money going to drugs , not the children who need it.

The difference there is that "better safe than sorry," with a jet pilot. He would be on paid leave while proving his innocence (if he is innocent). In the case of this law, I see nothing about safety being an issue, but people's lives are at risk if they have no food, no food stamps, no income.

My husband works on the Railroad. They get tested all the time, as it is a safety issue to work out there on the tracks. It is different than this law.

Yes , and those can be retested, you know how many pot head ,who would quit , if they thought they would lose their money...just like workers do to keep their job.
