Of course it will continue, Kathy..
But i can guarantee you that it WILL help nail those abusing the system...
But, yes..they totally DO falsely pass these tests sometimes.....
I know this.
At least its an effort in the right direction... and i'm thrilled someone FINALLY is TRYING to do something about it.

Whos innocent, Kathy? Who? You KNOW that the chance of a false positive drug test is VERY slim...
So..WHO is innocent?

Hey! As long as it gets *someone*! Even if it is someone innocent... After all, we have to do something. Think of the children!

Innocent suffer everyday because someone always ruins something for someone. I bet out of all the failed drug tests at least 75% and up will be valid. Apply for a fair hearing.

The false positives are more prevalent than you may think. Just one false positive could cost a family their income. To prove themselves it will take time. During that time, they will have no food stamps, no food, may miss their mortgage payment, have the electricity shut off. ALL because they had a false positive test. I don't wish that on one single sole. NO, I do not like this law.

"A USA TODAY report indicated that 15 percent of all urine drug tests yield a false positive due to cross-reacting substances. In a UCLA study of 161 legally prescribed and over-the-counter drugs, 65 gave false positive results. A National Institute of Drug Abuse study of 50 labs revealed that all 50 labs responded with some false positive results for drug tests."

15% is NOT what I would call VERY slim. It's not what I would call slim at all...
