I'll make sure to wear my work boots and bring dad's shotgun! I'm not sure if I have any ragtag skirts though!

We can bring Princess and tell folks she was a blood hound but she shrunk in the cold.

No. we'll bring dad's red beagle Lucky. then it would be even more believable!! Or maybe with me and my bottle of jack, they'll think I just got scammed!!

No problem Shelley...I know your birds aren't sick, your babies were in the brooder with mine the first night I brought them home...Now they're all out in the doghouse coop.

Have you already tried keeping vasoline rubbed on his legs? it works good but do it a few times a week til they're gone and healed then about once a week for good measure and VetRx is good to but more costly than vasoline... I drizzle it on the leg and rub it in. I read on here that feathered footed birds are bad about getting them. Because it is harder to get to the whole leg. that's why I like VetRx because it is a liquid and can get through the feathers.

Our movie we were watching ended about 8 minutes to 12 so you see what we old folks are doing for New Years, but I did at least get my kiss.

Where would I get that at? the VetRx? I didn't know what to do with him, I thought his legs were just dirty when I got him. It had been really mucky, nasty rainy and all that. They just aren't getting any better. Dad noticed him today (Cris was packing him around the yard) and dad said the roo must be old cause his legs were all scaly.

I'll have to steal mine from Cris, either that or the dog! Dad is not even here (not like I would kiss him), but that's really bad that my 60-some year old dad is out on New Year's, and I'm at home watching reruns! Granted, he is at church, but at least he is out!

I think I bought mine from First State Vetrinary Supply online.

George has scaly legs, but no mites. I checked and re-checked him, cause they looked so rough.

He's always had the weird legs, though, maybe it is his breeding. I don't know what all he is mixed with or if he is pure oeg

maybe he is just too inbred, he does have slate colored legs

I watched Beauty and the Beast for the 5th time since I got it Monday, then got back on here and now Frasier is on. I was gonna wash the dishes, but I figured that would be too much excitement!
