Bad weather coming tonight. Most people run to the grocery. We're hitting the feed store. LOL

Yup, we started today taking a dog to the vet, then hit TSC and Kroger in Richmond.

I just can't wrap my head around how it is going to warm up enough to rain/sleet on us - the air on our mountain is like a walk in freezer, with 7" of snow cover. Nothing has melted since Saturday

We did get enough ice to cancel school today, but it is already warming up and melting.​

Snowed hard all night then changed to freezing rain at dawn. Luckily we didn't get much ice.

I can't believe it isn't even Christmas yet. I do think we will try and go to Shelbyville and go look at pretty chickens. Daydreaming of spring and what to try next!

Yep but it will refreeze tonight even more slick. sigh

We ended up having to feed through the tiny coop door this morning. Our large door to the coop is iced shut and we cannot seem to pry it open without the hubbies help. Everyone be super careful.​
