Kentucky people

heck....our runner ducks are egg laying machines. The goose is sitting on the eggs now, but I wish she had some goose eggs under her.

hmmm...sure didn't know about that one, is it on Sat morning? What all are they selling there?

Yes it is Sat mornings, as far as what they sell the guy I talked to had chickens, ducks and guineas. He said there is also a farmers market. I may just go up there this Sat to check it out before I take anything. If I do I will post what I find.

There is a new swap meet at the stockyard in Irvington Ky. on the 2nd Sat. of each month (which is this weekend). It is just getting started but I've heard several people are going there this weekend. Set up fee is $7, starts at 7:00AM and the restaurant at the stockyard is also going to be open!

Hey all, if anyone is looking for birds please let me know. Looks like I may have all mine to give away shortly. My mothers evil geese just won a battle today and I am calling it quits. I'll post lists of what i have soon. I know there will be ducks, hens and 2 roo's.

Hey Everybody, Does anyone near Lexington have Marans and EE's they would like to sell? Just need one of each to go with my SLW and Dominique. The SLW has given up laying eggs after only laying for 6 months, not sure why cause she looks great!

I assume you want hens? I have 2 BCM cockerels available and 9 EE youngsters. From the looks of the EE they are mostly females, but they are only 8-10 weeks old. I'm about 1 1/2 hours southwest of Lexington.

Looks like I get to liquidate my animals. I have several breeds/species, so if you are looking for anything in particular just ask. Mostly bantams, but I do have a few LF. I'll be back later or tomorrow with a list of what all I have.
