What is Mr. Muddy rehearsing for us this time?

And how is Tater doing?
Tater is better.....some of the burnt tissue is sloughing off and mr muddy is off the cuff with his list unless there are additional requests!?! All kinda depends on his level of drunkenness and dress 🤣🤣🤣🤣

F words.
I just bought a pack of kid's masks.
They are too small for the mini. Too small as in they won't fit around his ears. They don't stretch.
I'll measure them asap.
I can't return the damn things.

Who needs them?

Headbands are my preference over masks....oldest ds already had a bunch for his long hair and they are awesome to send lil bro to school in!!!! I also got some for me before mr muddy ordered me the ā€œuselessā€ one

Those are REALLY cute! If you want to try to salvage them, you have a couple of options:
If you sew, you can make the ear loop bigger by clipping it and adding a piece of elastic.
If you don't sew, try looping a wide covered elastic band (ponytail ties) to one or both sides. You can also take a fancy shoelace and loop it through both ear loops, tying the ends together to make a full-around-the-head loop.
These are easy, too - and a good way to use old tee shirts:

It's getting very dark here, very suddenly. Just checked the weather or storm warnings ... and fund tornado watch/warnings til 10 pm. I REALLY don't like this new weather pattern. Until 2 years ago, we pretty much NEVER got tornadoes. Nowadays, they're pretty regular - small, but any tornado is rotten in my book! Time to go batten down the hatches.

i sooo couldn’t resist!!! *note* NOT FOR CHILDREN!!!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Half the time doctors think you are dumb. Like I go in there and say I have swallowing problems...I can just see them thinking "What else? We get one thing cleared up and then she comes up with something else wrong". Or it isnt something to be worried about at all...big deal. Could it be something to do with something not closing properly or not opening when it supposed to? When I am nauseated or after a meal I feel liquid or something come right to the back of my throat. Thank God it stops there...but it is really weird. Also I get out of breath so fast when walking uphill...and almost cant get it back.
If your doctor acts like you're dumb for asking questions, it's time to find another doctor. Just because you're in nursing school doesn't mean you should be expected to understand anything more than anyone else. Don't ever tell them and never be ashamed to ask any question. I'm a (long) retired cardiac nurse. I never, ever admit this to any health-care worker. Everything's changed, but they would assume a certain level of knowledge I just don't have anymore.

Difficulty swallowing (dysphagia) is a medical condition. I don't know a lot about it except it's more common in the elderly. I would search "dysphagia mayo clinic." You'll get a (usually fairly superficial) run-down on it, info you can trust. Then you'll be ready to look into it more deeply. It may be associated with your IBS, or a separate problem. Both can be exacerbated by anxiety and of course, both will cause anxiety, so... vicious circle. DO NOT let them give you ANY sedative before you research exceedingly thoroughly. That can be worse than anything you're already dealing with.

Yeah...isn't it great...same over this way. I think they are more common in MD (from what Marylanders I know tell me) than here in DE. Imagine the shock over 3 here over the past 3 months!!! I was in #3...driving home from a job interview. My SUV's leather seats will never be the same.

I always feel it poke. I have to dial it up higher than normal because the skin on my fingers is thick.
I've poked a lot of people with those. (I did myself once to see... I did not like it.) The consensus is, it totally hurts. After a while doing it three times a day or more (in hospital), you run out of non-bruised fingertips. 😢
