yes for most people i recommend a soft (professionally made) occlusal guard to be worn while sleeping and/or any daytime activity which is particularly stressful or dangerous to your smile....I evaluate the wear on the guard in addition to symptoms at each follow-up appointment to determine is additional treatment may be necessary
Thanks! That’s good to know! I think I need to find a new dentist or a jaw specialist person or something. Does the latter even exist? Pretty sure my bite is all effed up and I’m pretty sure I might have that jaw thing 😂 I would have to wear my mouth guard 24/7 though cause I’m constantly stressed 😂

Silly Muddy, therapy is sooo much cheaper than a mouth guard (said no one ever).
:lau animals too!
I used to sit on laps, but that was many moons ago when cars (at least the shit heaps we had) didn't have seat belts. My dad also used to bungee cord us onto his motorcycle, and drive us over the narrows bridge. It was my favorite thing ever! Course, mom would almost always have a heart attack every time.
OMG!! he what!?
This place looks wicked fancy. Why you here?
My mom got it cheap on Groupon 😂🤣 we’re only staying like a night or two. She has the week off haha

@KDOGG331 I am 100 percent jealous. I've never stayed on a resort, went to a spa, or even had a professional massage. Sigh. Ah well...I did get to go to PR...and Canada. Back in the days when I wasn't a broke college student LOL!
My mom is an expert level deal finder 😂🤣 travelzoo, eBay, Groupon, etc. you can find some really great places for super cheap lol and she also uses points sometimes. I doubt we’ll use the spa and stuff. Mostly gonna see the farm and hike lol I’ve never had a massage either I don’t think and only was at a spa for the wedding lol that was nice :love
