Surf BYC. A lot of people who have helped a chick out of a shell have had further issues (not always)...
I usually only go in for removal, but our first incubation had a hatchling attacked everytime she wanted out, so we went in to remove all the chicks and removed some shell so she could push easier to come out.
Incubating is definitely one of the harder tasks of chicken owning in my opinion). And finding random eggs greatly reduces your success rate.
I think you did a great jib getting them that far. Especially cracked and covered in blood....

First I just tried to tap the egg with a nail and a sharp splinter out thing to make a little hole.
It's not happening.
I do not think I am going to continue to try to do that.

I think I am a believer in if it was meant to be it would be...If it was meant to hatch then it would have on it's own.

I see zero movement.

I used the tip of a knife, and just tap lightly to wear a hole in the shell, then chip away at it until I can flake off enough material to see the membrane, only go through that if there's no blood vessels. Maybe the shell was just too thick for it to break through. In my case the chicks turned to have died a few days prior, though.
 
This is not a nice feeling. Crap.

Im still not sure what I should do. I am almost positive it is not alive but I think I might want to try to make a hole just so I know I can make one. This darn shell feels impossible to crack though and I'm worried I am going to squish the whole egg. Argh.
