Really sucks, because venison is delicious... I'd love to make a stew out of it, now that I know -- to an extent, at least -- the art of stew-making....

John Flynn and The Roadkill Cafe - If you EVER get a chance to see this guy in concert, GO!
He's an old-school folk artist and an all around really great person. He did the Two Wolves song that was out a few years back.
When you're done with this one, look up some of his kids' stuff, too - A Manatee Sneezed on Me is GREAT!
