Pardon my lack of knowledge as I have never processed quail. Do you let them rest like you would chicken or is it straight from the hutch to the oven?

I can cook them right now but I'm not hungry.

Hey @Kiki funny story, I got eggs in the mail today that I didn't order (That I can remember). And I have 50 A&M eggs showing up next week.

Oh and I start Lockdown tomorrow night... I guess it's time to get another incubator!

I don't even know how many eggs I have collected these last couple of days.
I've already put some little ones into the fridge.
I'm going to eyeball them all again in a little bit and then put them in the incubator.


If I have 50ish I think I'm going to change my mind.

I did just catch this one from my biggest homegrown bird as she was laying it. I scratched it up with my fingernail so I would know for sure which one it was.
