I can cook them right now but I'm not hungry.Pardon my lack of knowledge as I have never processed quail. Do you let them rest like you would chicken or is it straight from the hutch to the oven?

I don't even know how many eggs I have collected these last couple of days.Hey @Kiki funny story, I got eggs in the mail today that I didn't order (That I can remember). And I have 50 A&M eggs showing up next week.
