I'll see if I can pick up a few tomorrow.Can you "plant" a solar light in a flower pot, near the door? A cheapie one from the Dollar store works fine. It charges during the day, then lights up at night - giving her a guide to the door.
For those of you in Laura's path, or who get winter storm outages a lot, you can do the same thing. I keep a couple in my front garden all year. If the power goes out, I put one in a pot beside my front steps, so I don't break my neck coming and going. The others get placed in strategic locations around the house ... for the same reason! For everyday, I have one that "lives" on the kitchen windowsill ... the cheapest nightlight I've ever owned!
