Kiki's Quail Cage Build

Coturnix....um...I'm thinking maybe 10ish.
Cot's were the very first birds I ever hatched. I was 7yrs old at the time, dad bought me a Brower galvanized round incubator, still air, back then,:lau
Bought 50 coturnix eggs, also back then everyone called them Paraoh quail, anyway, I managed to hatch 20, and finally had 8 pairs.
I was going into business :gigselling pickled quail eggs....another "pie in the sky" idea. :barnie

Getting closer to being done! I couldn't figure out how to cut the woods to make flush doors. So I faked it!
Nothing is even or straight but it's working out just fine.
I need to finish with securing all the hardware cloth and I am thinking about cutting a hole in the roof and putting some clear stuff over it to let more light in.
I have a hole on the back side I still need to cover...you can see straight through the left door.

I got the cage stand built. Just need to attach the three 4x4s. The cage will sit on top of the 4x4s so I can slide poop collecting trays in through the front side. Woot.
