I like #2. We got a half of a beef from my cousin. I honestly didn't know it could taste like that. If I had to buy from the grocery store now, I just wouldn't bother.

We bought 1/2 a beef last year. Worst ever so tough. Grass fed beef sucks. Flavor is good but tough. I’ll take grain/corn fed beef any day. Now the wife doesn’t want to do it again. Towards the end we took the steak and just ground it into hamburger

The Boys started singing last night ... in the MIDDLE of the night ... and wouldn't shut up. Found out, this morning that Crazy Dog asked to go out at 3am. I told DD that, if Skye EVER does that again, copious treats in the bachelor run are required! We have VERY tolerant neighbors ... and I'd kinda like to keep 'em that way!
