Good job on killing those birds, Muddy!!! I like to pluck and gut, and then rest/chill, in that order. I don't know how much that matters. Looks like your new kill method is exactly the same as mine.

Apparently you really, really like ketchup, too ... but that's okay. At my house, we understand both of those particular addictions. One of DD's favorite shirts states "I like Ketchup on my Ketchup!"
