I haven't done that but I love sea salted caramel ice cream.

As scary as it may be ... that sounds intriguing. I wonder if vanilla ice cream and good caramel sauce works, too. Maybe I'll have to pre-mix my sauce. DD's gonna have a COW, but I'm gonna try it! !

Yes, I have 4 nigerian doelings. One went feral for 5 days after running right through the fence!

Here I made and ate some food.
BBQ pulled pork
The sauce is homemade with diced tomatoes (I used a can, juice and all), jalapeños, some brown sugar, about 2 tablespoons of vinegar, and then I used garlic and onion powder because I was lazy. Cook on med high until reduced. Plop that smoked pork on in and turn down that heat to med low. When it’s warm it’s done, duh.
I ate it with cheese and sweet pickles. Almost carnivore diet. I love me a thick slab of meat.
