tonight is bbq pork chops with stuffed jalapeños from the garden. I also have to get the quail poppers ready for the smoker this week

My belly is jealous. Last night's dinner was ham-n-cheese pizza bites and overprocessed onion rings (DD was our cook, and her inspiration was, shall we say, lacking?) Now I'm gonna have to up my game. Zheesh, that means actually planning ahead and defrosting something. You people are a PAIN!

yeah we definitely eat well!! and actually not all that bad when you look at the costs of eating out......a steak fraction of that size would be $50 in a restaurant

Fun Fact for y'all ... Unless otherwise stated (like the ever[popular "100% Angus Beef" label,) most of the steaks you get in a good restaurant are retired dairy cows.
