I was wondering the same I vote we keep it going and see how long it can get I wanna hit 300 pages

I used to make dried tomato paste, too - like your brittle. I guess I need to get another dehydrator. I just don't trust the electric in my 100 year old house enough to leave it running for days at a time.

In SD you can get a homeowner wiring permit--maybe where you are too?

I redid the whole house after DH & I got married. He helped, but I was the one who read the books and figured it all out. He was working from home, which actually doesn't mean "not working," so I was the one with the time.

He had a 30 amp fused service. One box--30 amps. We were replacing uggy paneling with drywall too, so that made it easier, but it wasn't that hard, and we wouldn't have had to redo all that wiring under the paneling except we were installing cove heaters (that was before the skyrocketing electric rates--we won't mention any names as to whose great accomplishment that was... )

Anyway--buy/borrow some books. Follow the instructions. It isn't alchemy, & if I did it, just about anyone could.
