If you are doing push-ups with poor form, you are not doing yourself any favors. Do push-ups on your knees, and keep your core firm. Look up core exercises. There are a ton of them.
Yeah, I think I’m probably doing them with horrible form. 😂🤣🙈🙈

I’ll have to look some up and try some later!! Maybe some shoulder ones too?? Any ideas on how to help my shoulder/neck atm? I’ll try Googling that too but I wanna go for my walk after I finish eating so I don’t wanna spend too much time looking it up. 😂🤣

I also don’t wanna take any meds for it though so :confused:

I’m not even sure a walk is a good idea but I’m going to anyway.
 
No you don't need to go see somebody about it.
Just put your phone down.
Well yeah but if it’s truly pinched or damaged or something, that alone won’t cure it 😂🤣

And I have good insurance now haha

But I’m sure nobody is open for that stuff anyway with Corona. I’ll watch some videos on exercises.
