Yeah, I think I’m probably doing them with horrible form.If you are doing push-ups with poor form, you are not doing yourself any favors. Do push-ups on your knees, and keep your core firm. Look up core exercises. There are a ton of them.




I’ll have to look some up and try some later!! Maybe some shoulder ones too?? Any ideas on how to help my shoulder/neck atm? I’ll try Googling that too but I wanna go for my walk after I finish eating so I don’t wanna spend too much time looking it up.


I also don’t wanna take any meds for it though so

I’m not even sure a walk is a good idea but I’m going to anyway.
