*kind of graphic* What killed this Hen?

I am doing my FIRST home necropsy!! If you do NOT want to see this, DO NOT READ FURTHER!

I am going to post my pictures here, step by step.

Please note, thanks to the University's terrible information, this chicken has been frozen almost a week. The body is not in the greatest condition and it's literally a solid ice block. I had to take a break because even hours later there wasn't much improvement in thawing.

Here are my first photos:

After taking off skin, it was instantly this dark, almost black color where the green area was.

I peel off skin farther and discover... this?? What is it?? My first thought is fat.. but I don't know...

Okay this is so nasty.... I'm trying not to destroy parts, but I just had to shatter her ribcage to get in. Eww the smell!!!!

That is definitely bruising. As for the other weird stuff, I'm pretty sure that is fat. When I skin birds especially ducks that is super thick fat there.

Chickens have a long memory. On many many occasions I have seen a hen viciously attack a higher ranking member of the flock when that member displayed some weakness, like having its neck wrung. Roosters will do the same, it's like "OK buddy, you made my life a living Hades and now it is time for payback."

I will warn again just to be safe, these upcoming images are HORRIBLY GRAPHIC

THEY CONTAIN INTERNAL ORGANS!

I took the leg off for a better side view.

There seemed to be a lot of fatty bits by the trachea. Maybe that's normal? Idk

It's a pretty butchered job, but I managed to get most the meat off.

Whatever organ this was had started turning green at some point.

Here you can see a lot of green intestines. The smell was unbearable, it smelled like rotten eggs.

There was this weird yellow spot, it turned the underside of that first organ yellow too.
Note, that weird brown thing on the intestine is a feather, I did a sloppy job. I don't know what the black spots were though.

That's a lot of weird colors going on in there.

I unfortunately shredded whatever organ was located right there.

Here's the heart, it had fatty stuff on top.
These are all the photos I have, I need to upload more but my phone died on me.
Please note, I really did my research on doing this, but when the time came to actually doing it, I was like a deer in the headlights. I forgot even the basic knowledge of what I was doing. So I probably sound very stupid, sorry.
