Both my kitties were abandoned and found starving skin and bones in my yard. Not the same time, about 2 years apart. Can't fathom why anyone would get rid of either of these super special sweethearts.

My favorite cat (don't tell my other 2) is this guy...Opie just showed up at our door around Thanksgiving day 2016, starving & filthy. Someone dumped him off.

Anyone know if my kitty is gonna be trouble when I'm brooding chicks and putting them out on the lawn during the day? I have a feeling Stinky is gonna give me grief. She lives in my brooding shed. I already figured I better build a pen she can't get up on.

I'd definitely do a pen for the chicks. Better to be safe than sorry.

She's such a stinker. Always batting at me and generally being a goof. She's definitely more trouble than my last lazy cat who would hide all day.

They do all have their own personalities (just like chickens ).

Of my 3, one is an all-day ornery thing, one is shy & timid, and the other is like a stealth cat (you rarely hear her make a sound but she can hold her own for sure).

That's exactly what I figured would go on. It's either a secured pen or a secured lid on my box brooder. I'm afraid though she will sit on the brooder and break the heat lamp.
